Located at 2297 Princeton Road, Suite 105, Smashburger will seat about 92 people. Roughly 35 people have been hired, said Amy Kessling, vice president of operations.
The restaurant has six total locations in Dayton and northern Cincinnati, and is planning to open six more in that area, Kessling said.
“People are looking for good quality, made-to-order food, but quick,” she said.
Compared to the often compared Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Kessling said Smashburger’s menu variety and service set it apart.
