Spring Hill plans to reopen Friday

TIPP CITY — Spring Hill Nurseries is reopening its doors this holiday season as a specialty catalog outlet center. The garden center closed its doors temporarily on Oct. 12.

Spring Hill will re-emerge Friday, Nov. 27, as a catalog outlet center featuring overstock from various catalog brands. The Tipp City Catalog Outlet Center will be seasonal, opening with surplus items such as winter/holiday sales and a late spring/early summer plant clearance sale.

The catalog companies participating in the outlet center will include Bits and Pieces, The Paragon, TouchStone, Spilsbury, Images of America, Room Service Home, Spring Hill, Gurneys Seed & Nursery, Gardens Alive, Henry Field’s Seed & Nursery, Breck’s Bulbs, Michigan Bulb Company, Thompson & Morgan Seeds, and Audubon Workshop.

On the day after Thanksgiving, the center will be open for the first time to customers from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. From Nov. 28 through Jan. 3, the store will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.

After the holidays, the Tipp City Catalog Outlet Center will open periodically throughout the year for special sales and events.
