Staff at Fairborn Primary School on Dayton-Yellow Springs Road helped students fighting the frigid temperatures Tuesday by giving out extra winter clothes.
The temperatures began to drop and the staff realized they had a bunch of hats, scarves and gloves. They decided to pass them all out to students in every classroom.
Pam Gayheart, public relations for the district, says the staff is dedicated and cares about their students.
If you would like to donate to the school, they will accept hats, scarves and gloves and to drop them off at Fairborn Primary, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.
“Thank you to our community partners who work tirelessly to make sure we have what we need,” Gayheart said.
