No one was injured in a house fire Wednesday on Toll Gate Lane, Sugarcreek Twp. Captain Ken Collier said.
Crews were dispatched to the 4300 block around 3:15 p.m. to find smoke and flames coming from the roof.
Collier said crews were able to make a quick knock down of the fire that originated in the garage.
Investigators are determining if the house is habitable, but the family still made prior sleeping arrangements for tonight, Collier said.
The cause and damage estimate is were not immediately available.
Sugarcreek Twp. along with Kettering, Washington Twp. and Bellbrook all assisted at the scene.
