There's an alternative for peddle wagon fans in Dayton who want to get holly and jolly, but not too holly and jolly.

The Sugarplum Shuttle is a Downtown Dayton Partnership initiative to provide FREE, alcohol-free, family-friendly shuttles with Live entertainment on board.

In recent years, pedal wagons have grown in popularity among cities, especially beer-loving hubs like Dayton. Sugarplum Shuttle is a way that families and non-drinkers can also experience cruising through downtown’s streets while waving at cars passing by.

“Folks can pedal to and from different downtown destinations from 6-8 pm Fridays and Saturdays during the holidays (Nov. 30, Dec.1; Dec. 7-8, Dec. 14-15, Dec. 21-11). Best of all, it’s free to ride, thanks to the Sugarplum Shuttle sponsor, PNC Bank. So if parents are looking for a fun alternative to ride this winter, they can hop on board!” according to a Downtown Dayton Partnership press release.
