Kenyon Brown will be arraigned Tuesday for aggravated robbery and kidnapping, both with a three-year firearm specification, and conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies; and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Miamisburg police detained Brown and three juveniles May 4 after they were spotted in hoodies behind the gas station, 1160 E. Central Ave., and the clerk believed they were about to be robbed again.

Brown and another juvenile were determined to have been involved in the May 2 armed robbery, when three males entered the store and stole cash, electronic cigarette pods, cigarettes and lighters, police said.

Some of the stolen merchandise was recovered, police said.

Brown and one of the juveniles were arrested in connection to the robbery, and another juvenile also was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center on unrelated charges.
