Brandon Leigh was arraigned in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Tuesday for the Jan. 20 burglary of a Della Drive home.
Leigh previously pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the deaths of 22-year-old Keyona Deshawn Murray and her fetus. The shooting took place on Feb. 16 at a home in the 100 block of Lorenz Avenue in Dayton.
While Leigh is being held in the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center, he is being tried as an adult in both cases.
