UPDATE @ 6:50 p.m.: Hundreds in the region were left without power Friday morning as severe storms moved through the region.

In Warren County, phone lines at the Franklin City building were out because of power outages, according to the Franklin Police Department’s Facebook page.
All calls were routed to the dispatch center. Service was restored around 10:30 a.m.
