Moore was indicted in July 2017 on multiple counts of rape and gross sexual imposition. If convicted of rape involving a child under the age of 13, he faces a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison to a maximum of life in prison, according to court records.

Moore, who is being represented by attorneys Adrian King and John Leahy, pleaded not guilty to the charges in August. He was arrested by Xenia police the same month he was indicted and continues to be held in the Greene County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
