John L. Dankworth, 60, was indicted by a Miami County grand jury this summer on three felony one counts of rape for alleged actions between Aug. 1, 2015, and May 31.
He pleaded guilty in county Common Pleas Court and will be sentenced Oct. 9.
A sentence of 30 years to life in prison will be recommended to Judge Jeannine Pratt, said Paul Watkins, an assistant county prosecutor.
Dankworth remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
