A Troy High School student was struck by a car Thursday morning.
The 15-year-old male sophomore at the school was struck on North Market Street at Ferguson Drive, which is the main entrance to the high school parking lot, Troy police said.
The driver of the car was a 65-year-old Troy man. He was uninjured.
A dent and a broken windshield were visible on the car that struck the student.
The student is expected to survive. He was taken to Upper Valley Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.
It’s still under investigation whether the boy was in a crosswalk.
