Shelbi Mullins, an employee, said she was inside the building when the vehicle first struck the building.
“I heard a thud and I ran outside,” she said. “I saw her getting ready to back up and she got caught.”

Mullins said Riverside Police arrested the driver of the car.
The crash happened around 3:15 a.m. at the Speedway on Valley Pike.
The crash did not cause extensive damage, but the wall to the gas station was cracked.
Mullins said the driver appeared to be drunk.
