The circumstances of the baby’s death were not immediately known, however deputies earlier said they were investigating an infant injury. Deputies also said they initially received a report of a baby not breathing.
“We are currently investigating appropriately, but are way too early to provide any other details,” said Warren County Chief Deputy Barry Riley.
The baby was initially transported to Clinton Memorial Hospital, where it was pronounced dead, deputies said.
