WATCH: Police, firefighters try to capture family of raccoons that fell through home’s ceiling

The baby raccoons were easily gathered, but the mother eluded capture, biting a firefighter’s glove before hiding in a closet. An officer was able to use a dog-catcher pole to collar the mother raccoon, then placed her in a trap.

The raccoons were taken away and released into the wild, according to CBS News.
