Woman, child injured in rear-end crash in Greene County

A woman with a child in the back seat pulled over Friday afternoon when another car rear-ended her car.

The crash happened around 4 p.m. at East Dayton Yellow Springs Road and Snypp Road.

The woman had pulled over because her child had somehow unfastened his child restraints, and she was going to secure him, according to a trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Xenia Post.

The woman and child were taken to Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek with injuries described as not life-threatening.
