Stacy Clark, 47, was accused of taking the money in Piqua last year. The plea deal includes Clark agreeing to pay restitution. The amount is being determined, said Paul Watkins, an assistant county prosecutor.

Clark pleaded in Common Pleas Court to one count of felony theft and one misdemeanor of unauthorized use of property. She could be sentenced to up to one year in prison.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Clark's sentencing was scheduled for April 2.
She remains free after posting bail.
