Alex lives in Xenia and his children attend Arrowood Elementary School. Alex is a financial operations analyst for Wellpoint/Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Mason.
He has an associate degree in business administration from Sinclair Community College, an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing from Wright State University and graduate degree in management information systems from the University of Maryland University College.
Porter resigned for what was termed “family issues.”
Alex will serve a partial term that expires Dec. 31, 2011.
