The city’s council is scheduled to consider the splash pad issue Tuesday night. A measure set to go before council would allow the city manager to enter into an agreement to construct the feature.

The Miamisburg Rotary Club has agreed to donate $50,000 for the project at the downtown park along the Great Miami River.

The legislation would authorize City Manager Keith Johnson to sign an agreement with Landscape Structures at a cost not to exceed $220,000, Miamisburg records show.

Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Miamisburg Civic Center.
