Update 2:46 p.m. EDT March 9: The Volusia County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as Eduardo Valle.
Original report: The car's owner and her sister left the house around noon and found the victim under the car when they returned around 2:35 p.m.
Rescuers were called to the scene and pronounced the man dead. His identity has not been released because his family still has to be notified.
