Plans for the new Starbucks call for interior renovations to begin this spring for a late summer/early fall opening, Oberer officials said today, Jan. 20..
Within the same development, Oberer also constructed a new 6,000-square-foot retail center on Commerce Center Blvd. that is home to PetValu, which opened Nov. 4, and Pro Nails. That center has 1,186 square feet remaining to lease.
The Shoppes at Valle Greene development is anchored by Kroger, which is building a 124,000-square-foot Marketplace store that is scheduled to open in late August.

“The Shoppes at Valle Greene development continues to attract a national and regional tenant mix and further solidifies the strength of this section in the retail market,” Chris Conley, president of Oberer Realty Services, said in a release.
Oberer Realty Services has developed nine retail centers anchored by Kroger stores. Oberer is also the developer of the Cornerstone of Centerville center at Wilmington Pike and I-675, where another Kroger store is still under construction. The firm also is developing the Exchange at Spring Valley just south of Spring Valley Pike off Ohio 741 in Miami Twp.
