A tax credit agreement bringing 25 jobs to Miamisburg and expanding an Ohio manufacturer's presence in the area is expected to be offered by the city.

Wauseon Machine & Manufacturing Inc. plans to buy a site in Miamisburg, where it wants to add manufacturing jobs to an existing sales staff, documents show. The move would result in $2.3 million in annual payroll for the city.

The company based near Toledo specializes in build-to-print tooling, prototypes and precision machining, according to its website.

It has seven sales employees in the Dayton area but wants to add 18 positions, records show.
