Paint leaking from overturned truck in Lebanon

An overturned commercial truck carrying paint has the intersection blocked at Ohio 63 and Markey Road in Lebanon.

The truck was carrying tens of thousands of pounds of paint in drums which was starting to leak out around 2:40 p.m., according to the Lebanon emergency dispatch center.
