Their house root beer is the perfect thirst quencher for a hot summer day. People love it so much that you can buy it in half-gallon or full gallon sizes. Seriously – what are you waiting for? The food's delicious, too – they've got great hot dogs and burgers – so you can make a pretty cheap and tasty lunch out of it.

Voltzy’s Root Beer Stand

4668 Springboro Pike, Moraine | 937-299-1440| Facebook

You know it must be good when customer support drove this business from modest beginnings, a trailer in a parking lot, to a full-fledged root beer stand. Anyways, nothing goes better with a root beer float than a delicious, one of a kind, made-to-order burger. Their hot dogs aren't too bad either. At Voltzy's you get the full experience, with draft Frostop root beer served over ice cream in a chilled mug. Who knows, you might even get to make friends with outspoken owner Rick Voltzy.
