Dorothy Lane filed a permit that requests approval to combine three tenant spaces at the 6133 Far Hills Ave. shopping center into one large space for its support office.

The project proposed in the permit would mean renovating 5,200 square feet, according to the Montgomery County permit. The project is valued at $300,000 on the permit but the total cost of a project can be different than the cost listed on a county permit.

The permit said the project is contracted to RDA Group Architects and Witt Construction.
