That plan is still the same, co-owner and Thomas family member Stacey Frangomichalos told the Dayton Daily News. She’s still waiting for someone to buy the building. Once the sale is underway, the company will start looking for a smaller location to move the popular business.
The Golden Nugget lot is almost two acres and the building is 7,000 square feet. It was originally listed at $2.9 million, but the listing has been removed because Golden Nugget is switching Realtors since the time frame with the former real estate agent ended, Frangomichalos said.
