Built with a few extras as a builder’s spec home, this brick-and-plank two-story features four bedrooms, an upstairs family room, an open concept main level and room to grow with an unfinished, full basement.

Listed for $499,900 by Irongate Inc. Realtors, the two-story at 9503 Whiterock Court has about 3,640 square feet of living space. Built in 2017 within the Wynstone subdivision of Washington Twp., the house sits on a corner lot with a side-entry driveway off the cul-de-sac.

The current owners enjoy the versatility of the upstairs loft as it became the family space while allowing the main level to be free for entertaining. Bonus space off the great room allows for an office, and the formal dining room and the casual morning room could be repurposed as well.
