Carrie Underwood is doing something we all wish she did five years ago - tell us, all in  one place, the methods she’s used to staying fit & healthy! The name of it?

Carrie plans to introduce readers to her Fit52 program, and reveal how she has navigated the show biz’s “pressure to look perfect.”

Carrie gave People Magazine an exclusive saying, ". . . fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years. It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle."

While we have to wait until 2020 to get our hands on it, Carrie’s told us enough on how to get a head start on healthy living and that’s basically by creating a healthy lifestyle and how that looks different for everyone.
