Violations/comments: The following items need to be cleaned: cabinet interiors, ice machine, food processor, slicers and tubs.
Several lights burned out in back prep area. Replace so there is adequate lighting. Remove items from the facility that are not needed for its operation to aid cleaning, i.e. painting supplies, helium tank, etc. Repeat issue.
