Violations/comments: Critical violation: person-in-charge did not ensure employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Person-in-charge did not ensure that the facility has written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Repeat observation: observed shelving in walk-in cooler and shelving above three-compartment sink with rust residual. Repeat observation: observed oil residual buildup on vent hood. Repeat observation: observed bottom of freezer with food residual build-up. Observed no towels or hand-drying device at the back handwashing sink(s).
