Things seem pretty crazy with Aerosmith these days.

Drummer Joey Kramer sued the band because after a break for health reasons they made him audition to resume his place in the band.

After his audition the rest of the guys said he "wasn't capable" of performing at a level their fans were used to.

Joey sued the band but the judge ruled against him saying "Given that Kramer has not played with the band in 6 months and the dearth of available rehearsal time before the upcoming performances, Kramer has not shown a realistic alternative course of action sufficient to protect the band's business interests."

Now the latest development is Kramer was blocked from entering an Aerosmith rehearsal.

Watch the video below and see what he was told.
