Yellow Springs Brewery to celebrate 6th birthday with daylong party this weekend

The event will take place from 12-11 p.m. Saturday, April 20. There will be a bottle release, timed tappings of specialty beers, a Glen Helen fundraiser with limited-edition logo camp mugs and limited-edition anniversary glassware. Food trucks will be on site as well. More details will be announced on the brewery’s Facebook page as the event approaches.

Yellow Springs Brewery celebrated its expansion and early success at a “Metamorphosis Party” on Nov. 11, 2016.

Like last year, wood-fired food trucks will be on site all day. La Pampa, an Argentine traditional wood fired grill, will be on site from 3-9 p.m. and Bella Sorella Pizza will be serving their wood-fired traditional pizzas from 4-9 p.m.

Yellow Springs Brewery opened in April 2013. Since opening, it has added 1,600 square feet and new production equipment to its brewhouse and tasting room to help accommodate retail sales of canned beers and has purchased the former Village Lanes bowling alley at 1475 Xenia Ave. in Yellow Springs for use as a distribution center.
