Programs at the center include child care and latchkey for children with disabilities, and including critical care nursing services and therapies for medically fragile individuals. The programs are supplemented through in-home personal care, respite care and parent support groups.
Adult programs include daycare, vocational training, community employment and respite care.
“The ultimate goal is to increase skills and independence of children and adults with disabilities,” says Vivian O’Connell, communications and special events manager.
Here’s the latest wish list for adult and youth programs:

Donations can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at URS, 4710 Old Troy Pike in Dayton or at Jersey Mikes Subs, 6002 Far Hills Ave. in Centerville.
