The trial was scheduled to be begin on April 29. The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed Monday a jury found Birchmeier not guilty on all charges.
Kettering police opened an investigation after they were called to Dayton Children’s Hospital to speak to a child who was younger than 13 and the child’s parents, said officer Cynthia James, Kettering Police Department public information officer.
