Deputies found evidence of a shooting at the scene, but no suspect or victim, according to a press release.
Around 11:55 p.m., Grandview Medical Center reported a shooting victim had arrived at the hospital, according to dispatch records. The victim said that he had been shot at the Marathon.
The gunshot victim’s injuries were not life-threatening, deputies said.
The sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate the incident.
