Woman missing from Troy care facility found safe

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert issued for a woman who left a Troy care facility Wednesday night has been canceled.

Joyce Brower, 64, was found safely by law enforcement.

She left the Troy Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at 512 Crescent Drive around 9:20 p.m. with an unknown person, according to the alert issued Wednesday night.
