Woman wanted for thefts from 2 Huber Heights senior or disabled women

A 41-year-old woman is wanted for thefts from two women who were either disabled or senior citizens.

Rachel A. Vaughn is charged with 15 counts of identify fraud after she was indicted Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury.

The thefts involve allegations she stole money from the women in thefts that spanned Sept. 30, 2018, through Jan. 2, 2019, according to court records.

Vaughn is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 10 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
