The charges come after a woman reported she woke up at the Oxford Inn on College Corner Pike at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 12, after drinking with friends the night before at an Uptown bar, according to a police report. The woman said she does not remember anything after going to the restroom at the bar around 11 p.m.
Police said the room was rented to Sansone for the night. He was taken to Butler County Jail Friday and still listed as an inmate Monday.
