After his arrest, Wills said he was lying about having drugs, according to the report.

He faces possible charges of loitering to engage in solicitation, soliciting and loitering to engage in drug activity.

At about 12:25 p.m., the same undercover officer was standing on East Third Street when a man pulled his car into the Cricket store lot and beckoned to her.

Jaser Hamed, 68, is accused of offering her $10 for oral sex. According to the report he said if it was, "a nice time," then he would give her $20.

Hamed was pulled over in the 1600 block of East Third and arrested pending charges of soliciting and loitering to engage in solicitation.

Both men had been released from the Montgomery County Jail as of Thursday morning.
