A Kettering Police incident report describes the incident as, "A senior citizen grabs buttocks of 22-year-old female neighbor."
The woman said she was offended by his behavior and demanded that he leave the premises. She called the police and, "When interviewed by police, Trent confessed to his inappropriate actions and apologized for his behavior," according to the court documents.
Trent could not immediately be reached for comment. He is summoned to appear in Kettering Municipal Court on Sept. 26.
