Unfortunately for the suspect, he was also found to be carrying a syringe, metal spoon with residue and a capsule with a small amount of heroin. The grocery did not stock those items. Must have been special order.
In addition to being charged with theft, he was cited for drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and having drug paraphernalia.
