The man said his ex-girlfriend came to his home uninvited and wanted him to come outside so they could discuss why she burned his belongings previously. He said she was on Facebook showing herself burning his clothing, and that he agreed to calmly discuss the incident. However, he said his ex only yelled at him and picked up a brick and dropped it on his foot. As he knelt down in pain, she walked off, according to the police report.
A Dayton man said his ex-girlfriend dropped a brick on his already-broken foot Thursday night during an argument.
The 30-year-old man refused medical treatment, but was wearing a medical boot on the foot he said was re-injured around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Stanford Place and Otterbein Avenue, according to a Dayton police report.
