Chadrick C. Cornwell, of Dayton, was riding a Polaris ATV with his son when the ATV overturned and trapped him, said Sugarcreek Twp. police Sgt. Mark White.
Cornwell was pronounced dead at the scene. His son, aged 8 to 10, was not hurt, White said.
Cornwell was a Tom's Mulch employee, which was closed at the time of the accident. It's not clear whether Cornwell was working, White said.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
