Police stop woman for second OVI

Riverside police charged a woman with her second OVI this month after she led them on a chase through four cities this morning.

Paula Horsley, 48, is in Montgomery County Jail this morning on charges for OVI, driving under an OVI suspension and failure to comply, said Riverside police Sgt. Adam Colon.

Police were called when Horsley was banging on the door of a house in Riverside. She led police on a slow-speed chase in her van through Huber Heights, into Dayton, back into Huber Heights and ending at her house in Vandalia. The pursuit lasted about 20 minutes.

She was previously stopped by Riverside police for OVI on March 4, Colon said.
