Three people taken into custody Friday afternoon after a police pursuit that ended in front of a school are now in the Preble County Jail.

A driver fleeing from police after an attempted stop drove in excess of 100 mph before crashing into a fence near National Trail High School, 6940 Oxford Gettysburg Road, in New Paris.

Reports indicated two suspects were immediately apprehended and a third was found a short time later.
