The threat was apparently originally made via Snapchat, according to a post published on the RCS Facebook page. It reads, “Every one I’m shooting s*** up tmmr so wear a bullet proof vest.” The person who posted the warning that a threat had been made appears to have taken a screenshot of the threat and added the message “Be on the lookout rhs.”

Terrill said that the situation was resolved within two hours of the threat being brought to his attention, and thanked Richmond Police Department and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department for their quick reaction and investigation.
