As a classified sexual predator, Milby is required to register his address every 90 days with his local sheriff’s office for the rest of his life. In 2018, he was convicted in Mercer County Common Pleas Court for failure to register an address, and is on probation following that conviction, the release stated.
The sheriff said a tip led deputies to investigate Milby, and that he was arrested without incident and booked into the Mercer County Jail.
