Saturday afternoon the 42-year-old was accused of leading troopers on a chase that ended in his arrest.
State prosecutors said they are pursuing an attempted murder charge against the 42-year-old.

The victim, who deputies said was stabbed in the neck, was able to get into a car and drive from their home. She later crashed into Mayberry’s Mini Mart in the 4000 block of Springfield-Xenia Road about 6 a.m. Thursday morning, according to deputies.
Five minutes before deputies were dispatched to Mayberry’s Mini Market, dispatchers received a 911 call from a woman asking for help at the same address where the stabbing happened, records show.
In the 911 call, the woman asks for help and the phone line stays silent for approximately two minutes before you hear what sounds like an argument in the background.
Deputies said Roberts followed the vehicle to the store and may have ran into her vehicle at the scene.
Roberts’ attorney said the suspect was on his way to turn himself in at the sheriff’s office when troopers arrested him.

Officers believe Roberts fled Clark County after the stabbing, but then returned, Clark said.
Roberts bond was set at $250,000 during his initial appearance.
