Starter’s pistol looks like real weapon

It was only a non-functioning starter’s pistol, but when a juvenile pointed it at a nearby driver it became aggravated menacing on South Dixie Drive.

Apparently, the two juveniles in the vehicle had some road rage issues since the passenger allegedly pulled a BB gun on another driver he thought was too close.

The victim of the pistol slammed on his breaks and called 911 when he pulled up next to the boys and had the pistol cocked and pointed at him.

The driver, who changed his story multiple times, said he was scared the other guy was following him.

His father was called to take him home, after he was cited.
