VANDALIA – A handball wall on Randler Avenue was used as a food depository when vandals covered it with syrup, then tried to get as many pieces of bologna to stick as they could.
There was also an unknown white substance (flour? sugar?) on the playing court, plus two racial epithets written on the playing surface.
