According to county Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr.’s office, Woolery went into the branch, 515 E. Central Ave., demanded money and ran out the back door with $5,000, dropping paper currency along with way.
A county sheriff’s deputy at the scene said one $5 bill was discovered in the alley near the branch. Police also had surveillance camera footage of the suspect, shown wearing a black hooded jacket.
Miamisburg police arrested Woolery in the 1200 block of East Central Avenue, about five hours after the robbery.
Woolery is to be arraigned in county Common Pleas Court on Aug. 27.
